Welcome to THE SHIRE RETURN and EARN'S PURPLE BIN SERVICE Customer Self Service Portal. The ONLY Bin Service that pays you money for your Rubbish:

This is an ONLINE ONLY SERVICE : All bookings must be done ONLINE.

If you have trouble registering email all your details to admin@purplebins.com.au and we can assist in the registration. We cannot book jobs, but can assist in registration.

** The Bin service costs a one time only joining fee of $90.00* per bin including delivery. NO ongoing, collecting or processing fees and there is NO deposit to receive the service. You receive the FULL 10c refund on ALL Eligible containers: The containers and refund are counted by TOMRA Automated machines, we don’t count them, we just pay you what the machines tell us and we have no power to adjust this amount, manual counts are not accepted. Payments are processed as fast as possible but can take up to 3 weeks.
The service fee is NON Refundable, non transferable and is not a deposit.

* You do not own the bin as they are swapped and this is not a deposit, please do not mark the bins.

2: Fill in the necessary details and pick your address from the pop up list: Ensure you get the GREEN TICK. If you don't you won't receive a bin.
3: USE A SPACE IN YOUR PASSWORD IF IT WONT WORK. : IE: 'Dogs are great' 'return and earn'
#Password guidelines: use a 3 word phrase. You do not need capitals or numbers and if you use a space then that counts as one of the characters.

4: Click CREATE ACCOUNT and wait for your activation email. CHECK JUNK MAIL. Especially in company or gmail and hotmail accounts. ##### IF using GMAIL or HOTMAIL to REGISTER: Check your junk mail folder for the activation link. #####

5: ACTIVATE THE ACCOUNT: An email has been sent to your account ## CHECK JUNK MAIL.

If you have trouble TEXT your email address to 0412 252 767 and we will send you an invite.

Once ACTIVATED:
1: Log into your Account: https://theshirereturnandearn.vwork.io/login
2: CLICK CREATE JOB, Left side of Screen and Book a NEW CUSTOMER BIN DELIVERY etc. job.
3: You will receive a job number to confirm your booking. Once this occurs you agree to the service fee unless you cancel PRIOR to delivery. If a bin is delivered you are liable for all charges and you agree to this when you create a job.
4: A $90.00 Invoice will be issued for your bin service fee once it has been delivered. This is not a deposit and is non-refundable.

When FULL you simply book a BIN SWAP:

Once you book a bin swap we will endeavour to collect it as soon as possible also if you have extra bags of containers please leave them with your bin and we will collect them at the same time: They must be suitably bagged put glass in your bin we do not take bags containing Glass, and you MUST write your job number on EVERY bag or they will be lost.

IMPORTANT:

If your bin is not accessible your job will be cancelled and you will need to rebook it again for collection and a $5.00 will be charged.
Please ensure bins are FULL: We do not collect HALF and 3/4 full bins as these prevent us collecting full bins, fees may apply. We also charge $2.00 for disposal of the following : NON-ELIGIBLE PLAIN MILK CONTAINERS: Plain, Soy, Almond, Barista etc MILK : PLEASE be aware of what you add to our bins.

NEED YOUR BIN SWAPPED:

2: CLICK CREATE JOB, Left side of Screen and CREATE a BIN SWAP JOB, different areas are named differently etc.
3: Fill in details as required.
4: Click CREATE JOB, bottom right side.
5: Payments can take up to 21 days to process.
If you book a duplicate job by mistake, just tell us and we can cancel it for you, $15.00 fee applies for attending a duplicate job, we can happily cancel mistakes so just let us know ASAP.
Remember when you book a job with us YOU AGREE to these conditions:.
*** Bins accounts are NOT transferable or refundable, payment will only be made to the account nominated by the person who registered the account and the bin serial number is registered to. ***
If you have issues remembering your password just email us and we will get it reset. If you need help TEXT us.
NOTICE: We cannot accept any claim for any glass containers broken during collection, transport or sorting. Glass containers can break and once broken are not eligible for a refund.
Once the service is Delivered you are liable for the service fee: By accepting the bin service you agree to allow us access to collect the bin from inside your property as necessary to assist in the service from time to time and to collect cancelled bins. Bin service is currently collection fee free , however we reserve the right to change this in the future.

If you register to swap a bin without an account you will be Invoiced $90.00 to join the Purple Bin Service.

Delivery area limits apply. Jobs cut-off 9am the day prior to due date and will go into following runs if you miss that week.
